A nourishing mix of restorative, fascial yoga releases, with a balance of some mobilizing pelvic floor and core work, finishing off with more restorative fascial and lymphatic moves to keep our tissues fluid, functional and happy! What does that mean? It means you will release tight tissue where it feels stuck and then learn how to strengthen around those joints, using your own body weight, without twisting into pretzels or standing on your head! . AND then we end in the sleeping relaxing poses again! :-) So a little mix of multiple self care tools for you to have in your repertoire of things to do when you can't see your practitioners. This class is for anyone and will be a mix of all the techniques I have taught so far in the last few months. No prior experience necessary and new clients are welcome to join these classes.
