These appointments are to expand and put into practice, the therapeutic exercises recommended by your practitioner, along with any others that seem appropriate for your body mechanics and needs. 
These sessions are for learning how to create stability, mobility and strength to create balance in your body's joints, muscles and fascial system as a whole. 
I will pull from my knowledge and experience as a Manual Osteopath, Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher, Myofascial Release practitioner, Neuromuscular therapy and Kinesiology graduate. These will be individualized for you and aimed at helping facilitate your healing and recovery from whatever pain or injury you came to see me about in the first place! And can go from there - from rehab exercises to getting sweaty and strong! Movement is life!
